We are a family owned and operated small canning and processing business. We have been in business for over 25 years. We specialize in making Jams, Jellies, Ethnic can goods, seasonal treats and Finnish Cheese. We started out making Thimbleberry Jam, slowly expanding over the years too include many different types of jams, jellies and ethnic can goods. All of our products are made the old fashion way to maintain their home-style flavor people would expect.

We are fully trained and certified in food service processing by the FDA and Michigan State University. During the spring of 2009 we expanded the business by constructing a new processing facility and increased our product line. We are very proud of our new product line. We now manufacture a traditional Finnish Cheese called "Juustoa" by the Finnish people. Others simply refer to it as "Squeaky Cheese". As you view our products we want you to know we guaranty your satisfaction. If you are in Michigan's Upper Peninsula's Copper Country stop in a visit us at our plant gift shop. We are located in the heart of the Copper Country 7.5 miles south of Lake Linden at 47715 Bootjack Road; Lake Linden, Michigan - on beautiful Portage Lake.
