are a family-owned and operated small canning and processing
business. We have been in business for over 25 years. We
specialize in making jams, jellies, ethnic canned goods,
seasonal treats and Finnish cheese. We started out making
thimbleberry jam, slowly expanding over the years to include
many different types of jams, jellies and ethnic canned goods.
All of our products are made the old-fashioned way to maintain
their home-style flavor people would expect.
We are fully
trained and certified in food service processing by the FDA and
Michigan State University. During the spring of 2009, we
expanded the business by constructing a new processing facility
and increased our product line, which we are extremely proud of.
We now manufacture a traditional Finnish cheese called "Juustoa"
or also simply referred to as "squeaky cheese."
